The only office trailer in our lineup that gives you a workspace and storage in the same unit. One end is a climate-controlled office with everything your team needs to stay productive on site. The other end is a dedicated storage area with its own roll-up door, keeping tools, materials, and equipment secure and separate from your workspace. If your job site needs both and you do not want to manage two separate rentals, the 8×28 is the practical solution.
Office and Storage in One Unit The 28ft combo splits into 10 ft of furnished office space and 18 ft of dedicated storage, each with its own separate entry. The office side includes a built-in countertop desk, a filing cabinet, a fold-down planning table, a wire shelf, interior ceiling lights, and 7 outlets with 14 plugs. The storage side is accessed through a separate roll-up steel door.
Climate Control in the Office Section The office section is heated by baseboard heating and cooled by a wall-mounted air conditioning unit, powered by a 100-amp, 120v-208v/240v single phase breaker panel.
