Two Workstations, Two Entry Points The 32ft trailer comes with two built-in countertop desks, two filing cabinets, a fold-down planning table, and two wire shelves. Two lockable steel exterior doors with two sets of aluminum stairs give each end of the trailer its own independent entry point.
Climate Control for Year-Round Comfort Heated by baseboard heating and cooled by wall-mounted air conditioning units, keeping the full length of the trailer comfortable in any season. Powered by a 100-amp, 120v-208v/240v single phase breaker panel.

An office trailer combo is built as office and sanitary workspace — not heavy storage. Floor live load is typically rated for standard office use, around 50 lbs per square foot. For heavy storage (tools, equipment, materials), pair the office trailer with a separate storage container on site.
Office trailers are typically anchored using ground anchors (screw-in or stake-down) connected by steel straps or cables to the trailer frame. In hurricane-prone areas, additional hurricane ties are required. Local codes, wind zone requirements, and site conditions set the exact anchoring spec. Our team can advise on what your site needs.

Storage trailers, road trailers, office trailers, flatbeds, and specialty units (open side, high cubes, modified units) are stocked at select branches based on regional demand. When you request a quote, we’ll confirm what’s available at the branch closest to your site — and coordinate transfers from another branch when we need to.
