Two private offices in one trailer. The double office layout gives two team members or two departments their own dedicated workspace, with a shared entry point at each end and enough room to work without getting in each other’s way. At 10 feet wide, the interior feels more spacious than a standard office trailer, and central climate control keeps both rooms comfortable throughout the day. A great fit for sites where a project manager and a site supervisor each need their own space, or where two separate functions need to stay organized and independent.
Two Separate Private Rooms The 10×40 double office layout divides the trailer into two enclosed private offices, giving each team member or department their own dedicated space. Two lockable steel exterior doors with two sets of OSHA-certified aluminum stairs provide access from both ends of the unit, plus an exterior GFCI outlet.
Central Climate Control Heated and cooled by a Bard central air conditioning and heat pump mounted in the nose of the trailer, providing consistent, even temperature control across both rooms from end to end.
Extra Width for a More Comfortable Workspace At 10 feet wide, this trailer is noticeably more spacious than our 8-wide models. There is more room to move around, spread out plans and documents, or sit across from someone for a meeting without feeling cramped.
Durable Aluminum Exterior Built with aluminum siding for long-lasting durability. Elevated off the ground on wheels, making it a practical fit for sites with soft ground, poor drainage, or high water table conditions.
Private Space for Two Without Overbuilding Two rooms gives two people or two departments their own enclosed workspace without the footprint or cost of a three-room setup. It is the right size when you need separation and privacy but do not need to accommodate a larger crew.
More Comfortable Than an 8-Wide The extra two feet of width makes a genuine difference, especially on a longer project. Rooms feel less like a trailer and more like a real office, which matters when your team is spending full days on site.
Built for Extended Use Central climate control keeps both rooms consistently comfortable regardless of the season, and the durable aluminum construction holds up well over the course of a long project without the interior showing its age.
Ready to Move When You Are Repositionable with a standard 2-5/16 inch ball hitch as your project evolves. Eagle Leasing handles all moves on your behalf.

Security upgrades for office trailers include reinforced door locks, window bars or security screens, alarm systems, motion-activated lighting, hurricane tie-downs (which also deter theft), and skirting to block under-trailer access. Ask your sales rep about the security package that fits your site and risk profile.
Yes. We offer double-wide office trailers and modular trailer configurations for customers who need larger floor plans. Common uses include jobsite headquarters, training spaces, construction trailers for large crews, and any scenario where a standard single-wide just doesn’t cut it.
Depends on the unit size, wind zone, and local building codes. A standard 8×20 office container in a non-coastal area may need four ties. A larger office trailer in a hurricane zone may need eight or more. Always confirm with your local building official or permit office. We can provide anchorage diagrams to support permit applications.
Most standard office trailers and office containers run on 50 amp, 240 volt single-phase service. Smaller units can run on 30 amps. The exact requirement depends on the unit size, HVAC tonnage, and any added appliances. Your sales rep will confirm the electrical spec for the specific unit you’re renting.
