Customizable Sizes & Features: Available in 10′, 20′ and 40′ sizes with heights of 8’6″ for 20′ and 9’6″ for 40′ containers. Equipped with desks, filing cabinets, plan tables and electrical outlets throughout. You also have the option to add a generator.

Power connects through an electrical panel on the exterior of the unit — typically via a standard trailer-style plug or hardwired connection by a licensed electrician. You (or your electrician) provide the power source (building panel, job site power pole, or generator) and connect to the unit’s panel. Your site has to match the unit’s amperage.
Our office trailers and office containers come with HVAC systems that handle both heating and cooling. Most units use a wall-mounted package unit, similar to a hotel room HVAC. Larger or double-wide units may have multiple zones. Temperature runs off a digital thermostat inside the unit.
An office container is a ground-level steel unit built on a standard shipping container frame, with HVAC, lighting, electrical, and windows. It’s secure, stackable, low-profile, and available across our full branch network. An office trailer sits elevated on a chassis with wheels, has stairs, and offers more interior layout flexibility — including larger combo configurations with restrooms. Office trailers are stocked at select branches based on regional demand, so availability depends on your location.
Depends on local ordinances, permits, and your municipality’s rules. Many cities and towns require a permit for street placement, with time limits and specific marking or lighting requirements. Check with your local planning or permit office before scheduling delivery to a street location.
Some do, some don’t. Our office trailer combo configurations come with built-in restrooms, and we can match you to a unit with the setup you need. Office containers typically don’t include bathrooms in the base configuration but can be modified to add one. Confirm at quote time.
